Job Summary:
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT management, project management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and support operational efficiency.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company data and systems from threats. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure high performance.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet company requirements and expectations.
- Oversee the provision of technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain data management practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
- Work closely with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the business and recommending improvements.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data recovery in case of emergencies.
