Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The role involves assisting in sales operations, maintaining customer records, coordinating with clients, and supporting sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update the customer database and CRM systems.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, client visits, and follow-up calls.
• Track sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery coordination.
• Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to facilitate order processing.
• Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to sales documentation and filing.
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Nationality: Saudi or valid transferable Iqama preferred.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales coordination or administration preferred.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Skills:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
