Job Description

1) Manage the entire implementation process on site to achieve planned timeline and deliverables.
2) Review/validate approved shop drawings to identify implementation procedures and ensure technical feasibility.
3) Ensure implementation is carried as per approved standards, client requirements and design specifications.
4) Providing technical advice to site team and report site conflicts to project manager. 
5) Set project action plan and determine needed resources with the project Manager in order to fulfil the project’s needs.
6) Delegate tasks to site team members and supervise their day-to-day activities to ensure they are carrying their responsibilities effectively.
7) Notify the project manager of the needed materials to avoid any delay in the project timeline
8) Make sure that materials are organized and ensure site safety.
9) Manage, evaluate subcontractors work and report to project planning and procurement.
10) Manage day to-day project activities to achieve/optimize cost.
11) Manage work assignment & allocation for foremen across different projects to ensure optimal resources utilization.
12) Make sure that accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities are met.
13) Report any design/scope change requested by project’s owner to projects manager.
14) Coach and mentor junior site engineers
 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in civil / Architecture Engineering.
2. Proven Experience in Landscapes and pools Field.
3. 2 Senior site engineers with Architecture background, with finishings experience.
4. Candidates with Civil/ Arch. and swimming pool experience is a must.
