Are you a high-performing real estate sales professional with a passion for luxury developments and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a top-tier sales team and drive growth across our premium residential and commercial projects.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🕒 Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
🗣 Languages: English required; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, or French is a strong advantage
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and grow a high-performing real estate sales team
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
✅ Build lasting relationships with investors, clients, and brokerage networks
✅ Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and VIP client presentations
✅ Stay ahead of market trends to identify new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Proven track record in Dubai real estate sales
🎯 Strong leadership and communication skills
🎯 Multilingual professionals highly preferred
🎯 RERA certification is a plus
