Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Luxembourg
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience : 2 years exp (preferred)
Salary : €21.63 per hour
Company provided : 2yrs Visa + Food + Accommodation + Transport
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff performance
- Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and update records
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Train and schedule warehouse staff
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or team lead
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Forklift certification is a plus
- High school diploma; logistics or supply chain training is an advantage
