Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join iDen2 Inc.’s mission to transform digital identity through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. You’ll design, build, and maintain highly available, resilient systems to support our Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and Decentralized Identity (DID) platforms, ensuring seamless performance for global users across industries like banking, healthcare, and education.

Job Requirements

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems to support our digital identity platform.
• Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs using Node.js and TypeScript for verifiable credentials, user management, and identity workflows.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to define backend requirements and implement new features end-to-end.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries, schema design, and data access patterns for performance and reliability.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and cryptographic workflows aligned with SSI and DID standards.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and contribute to automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design, code reviews, and best practice enforcement.
• Monitor and debug production systems, and contribute to observability improvements for backend services.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, and security in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
