Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare PQR / WPS as per different codes
• Supervising welders as per codes / projects specification
• Prepare welding documents as per codes / projects specification
• Supervising calibration of welding machines / all welding tools
• Create solutions for welding-related problems
• Design, maintenance and development of welding systems
• Research and develop new techniques, processes and equipment to assist in a welding process
• Manage welding projects, supervise welding teams, and assessing the production process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.SC degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering
• 5-8 + years relevant experience
• Must be welding certificates (i.e.: IWE,CSWIP ,CWI )
• Strong experience in welding process
• Very Good knowledge in drawing / welding symbol
• Good knowledge in NDT methods
• NDT certificates ( RT,UT , MT, PT & Eddy current)
• Strong experience in preparing PQR / WPS as per codes
