About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description:
- Develop and define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and PMC. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure project viability.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with PMC, Consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors and contractors. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality and integrity.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring milestones are met. Generate and present detailed status reports, financial reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years Must be in Dubai.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale residential high-rise projects from inception to completion; Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Must have exposure to Dubai Land department inspection and approval process particularly off plan projects. Experience with mixed-use developments, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
