Responsible for Customers operations orders , including from booking Orders until dispatch material and following the Payment terms.
Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
Manage, maintain and track seasonal sample requests Report quality complaints from customers to Technical services and follow up till complaint is closed
Job Requirements
Excellent command of English is a must
