Job Description
We are seeking a Market Research Specialist with a strong foundation in research methodologies, Al technology, and healthcare or pharmaceutical market dynamics. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative thinking to design and execute impactful studies that deliver actionable insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative market research projects in the medical/pharma sector
- Develop research instruments, discussion guides, surveys, and sampling strategies
- Leverage Al tools and data platforms to enhance data analysis and visualization
- Interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and clients to align research with business needs
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts in the healthcare domain
- Support report creation, storytelling, and client presentations with evidence-based insights
Qualifications
- Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Data Science, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- Additional certifications or academic background in research methodologies and AI/machine learning preferred
Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in market research, ideally within a medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical context
- Proven track record managing end-to-end research projects (quantitative and qualitative)
- Familiarity with AI tools, data modeling, or machine learning applications in research is highly desirable
Skills
Skills
- Strong knowledge of research design, sampling, and statistical analysis (SPSS, R. Python, or similar)
- Comfortable working with data platforms, dashboards, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent analytical communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
