Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with GCC travel as required)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a proven Sales Manager role, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven sales reporting.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
- Identify, engage & nurture new business opportunities in target industries such as oil & gas, marine, utilities, and construction, with a focus on engineering products & services.
- Identify, build and maintain long-term relationships with EPC contractors, O&M companies and other industrial customers
- Understand clients' technical and commercial requirements, collaborating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions and project proposals
- Lead a team of sales engineers and senior Sales engineers
- Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Develop periodic sales forecasts and strategic reports for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and generate leads.
