Who you are We are looking for a sharp, attentive and focused Project Manager to support the delivery of creative campaigns and production projects. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to keep projects on track, ensuring all deliverables are met to a high standard and on time. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agency environment. What you'll do
Support the Senior PM in end-to-end project delivery across all assigned campaigns.Draft clear and detailed briefs for creative and production teams.Follow up on tasks, monitor progress, and update the project management platform.Take meeting minutes during client calls, circulate actionable points, and brief internal teams accordingly.Keep assets moving through internal and client approvals efficiently.Build and maintain detailed project timelines, flagging risks or delays to the Senior PM.Assist in organizing shoots, sourcing and booking talent, and managing logistics.Help prepare client-facing decks and presentations, and present during calls when needed.Ensure all work meets brand guidelines and client expectations.What you bring
3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or advertising agency environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage several projects simultaneously.Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.Experience creating and maintaining project timelines and managing resources.Familiarity with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday, Trello).Knowledge of creative and production workflows, including managing shoots and talent, is a plus.Why join us?
