Professional Background • Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in leading projects, preferably in large organizations or government settings. • Project Types: Experience managing projects related to Data and Digital initiatives. • Sector Knowledge: Familiar with the structure and culture of public sector or semigovernment institutions.
Key Skills Required • Project Leadership: o Able to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. o Strong planning and organizational skills to keep the project on track in terms of time, budget, and scope. • Business Understanding: o Able to connect the project goals with the organization’s broader strategy (such as becoming a more data-driven organization). o Understands the value of clean, accessible, and well-structured data for better decision-making. • Stakeholder Management: o Comfortable engaging with different levels of the organization, including executives, technical teams, and external partners. o Skilled in building alignment and managing expectations. • Problem Solving: o Can identify risks early and take practical actions to resolve issues. o Brings a proactive mindset to overcoming challenges
Skills
Certifications & Education • Required: PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent project management qualification). • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields. • Added Value: Any training in data management, digital transformation, or public sector delivery is a plus. 4. Language & Environment Fit • Language: Fluent in English.
