We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities:

1. Identifying major infrastructure projects (railways, roads, ports, dams, pipelines, landscaping…) at early stages.
2. Building direct relationships with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, project owners, and public authorities.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
4. Identify and engage potential clients in the construction and building materials sector.
5. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
9. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
10. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
11. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
12. Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
7. Adaptable and willing to learn about new products and market trends.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
10. Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.

Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally in civil engineering, construction materials, or infrastructure solutions.
• Engineering or business background with a strong technical understanding (geotechnics, environment, or infrastructure).
• Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.
• Strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
