Job summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage clients' accounts and oversee projects from concept to delivery.
Qualifications
- Production/manufacturing/events/exhibitions background
- 5-7 years of experience in project management in the UAE
- Multiple accounts/projects management experience with client-facing skills
- Strong project management understanding from brief to execution and handover
- Estimations, costing, cost planning, and control expertise
- Knowledge of high-end finishing, permanent, duty-free, fit-out elements, and fixtures
- Experience with installations, on-site supervision, and planning processes
- Understanding of technical and production drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)
- Client-facing negotiations and contract process understanding
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, including taking initial briefs, estimating, quoting, and presenting prototypes
- Pursue new business opportunities to add value and maximize customer investment
- Brief customer requirements to internal departments and produce timely and accurate reports
- Prepare and present new ideas to clients, considering brand awareness and retailer specifications
- Contribute to design development and pre-production meetings
- Prepare project plans, assign requirements, and review BOQ, production process, and cutting lists
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects run on time and are produced cost-effectively
- Ensure all work meets client expectations, is on budget, and delivered timely and accurately
- Expedite operations to meet unforeseen conditions
