Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for both retail and contract segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and commercial partners.
- Provide training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management to indicate performance and forecast future trends.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to support sales efforts and drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with retail and B2B sales environments.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 30 to 45 years old.
