Ontime Group is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant for our Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting our aesthetic services and products, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking beauty and wellness solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in aesthetic treatments and services.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable aesthetic solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our services and products effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on aesthetic trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in promotional events and workshops to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, including tracking leads and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably in the aesthetic or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
