Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives.
• Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves them.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly.
• Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training for team members.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales staff.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
