Design and implement automatic test benches which is accurate, fast, and precise to perform tests on Samples and Products with different capacities and different categories according to standards related to products. Design and Implement power and control electric panels. Maintain the working testbenches and develop it according to needs. Perform and sustain the 5S process for the areas which is in his responsibilities. Managing tests for projects according to R&D and other departments projects. Deal and Communicate with the suppliers and other departments to achieve the high quality and time frame for the developments of the Labs.
Responsibilities:
Design and build new automated Test benches according to standards (i.e design and implement Electric Panels, hydraulic circuits, electrical wiring, programming).
Create new test automation according to international standards and internal standards.
Maintain, support and develop the running Test benches and keep it ready for testing.
Collaborate with other departments in order to develop/build laboratories.
Manage the testing plan to support R&D projects and other departments (new product, new products modifications, etc.).
Participate in Best Practices and Procedures evolutions for the R&D Laboratory.
Be expert in some technical fields to be defined (i.e. Test Automation, Certified Programmer, ERP, etc.).
