Business Development Associate Role
This is a role within the Customer Success Services (CSS) department, where you will be responsible for executing global and regional CSS campaigns across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
- Support the execution of strategic pipeline-building initiatives to drive revenue growth across MEA.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and managing pipeline opportunities to ensure timely conversion into revenue.
- Collaborate with senior CSS leaders and Oracle's GenO development programs to localize and tailor campaigns to meet MEA-specific needs.
- Align CSS activities with broader Oracle Technology and Applications business development efforts.
- Strong interest in business development, customer success, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
