In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing a team focused on the dynamic off-plan market in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for off-plan projects to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance in off-plan property sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and project development.
Foster strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients to facilitate off-plan sales.
Oversee property viewings, presentations, and promotional events to attract and engage potential buyers.
Ensure the team achieves and exceeds monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design effective sales campaigns tailored to target markets.
Maintain compliance with relevant real estate regulations and uphold company standards of conduct.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with specific expertise in off-plan properties.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and trends related to off-plan developments.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
