Job Title: Operations Assistant (International Moves & Storage)
The Role: You will be the administrative and operational backbone of our new international moving and storage services. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role is perfect for a highly organized and motivated individual who wants to grow with a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries via phone, email, and our website.
- Assist in preparing initial quotes for international moves and storage requests using provided templates.
- Manage client documentation, including passports, Emirates IDs, and other required customs forms.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communication and job progress within our CRM system.
- Act as the primary communication liaison with our operational partners for job booking, updates, and issue resolution.
- Proactively track the status of all live shipments and provide timely, professional updates to clients.
- Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial administration.

Skills
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- A positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in the UAE is a plus, but not required.
