Job Description

• Manage recruitment and hiring of workers and staff, ensuring proper onboarding and orientation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with factory workers, listening to their needs and addressing workplace concerns.
• Handle attendance, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and shift planning in collaboration with supervisors.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and workplace regulations.
• Support supervisors in handling disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution fairly.
• Drive training and awareness programs for workers (safety, teamwork, company values).
• Implement employee welfare initiatives (medical support, worker facilities, social activities).
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer in a factory or manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices related to blue-collar workforces.
• Excellent people skills – approachable, empathetic, and able to build trust with workers.
• Practical experience in attendance systems, payroll coordination, and worker administration.
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work on the factory floor, not just in an office, and solve issues directly with employees.
