Job Summary
The Operations Manager oversees the operational activities of the department, including budget management, IT, events, logistics, communications, program development, financial operations, procurement, recruitment, and staff performance.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Saudi Initiative's Senior Team to develop and measure progress against the strategic plan.
- Support the development of an annual operating budget aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and project execution.
- Prepare the VPSI for meetings and events, providing necessary briefings.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support.
- Coordinate activities, set agendas, and summarize deliverables for meetings.
- Represent the VPSI with funders and partners, both in writing and in person.
- Participate in internal and external communications.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit standards.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business Technology Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
Required Experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in management roles.
