• Fully supervise daily operations within the factory to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production goals.
• Manage and motivate teams to ensure quality compliance and optimal efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Improve processes and reduce waste and operational costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, HR, etc.) to ensure operational integration.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on factory performance and operational challenges.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing and operating factories or similar industrial environments.
• A proven track record of improving operations and increasing productivity.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• High-level analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
