Job Description
We are looking for an Ad Approval Specialist to work with our advertising platforms.
Your job will be to edit ads and blog articles to match platform rules, apply feedback from ad moderation teams, and coordinate with ad platforms agents to make sure ads get approved fast.

Experience
- Medium English level (writing + speaking)
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, Google, etc.)
- Experience editing ads/articles for compliance
- Comfortable communicating with ad reps
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit ads and blog articles to follow ad platform rules
- Apply edits and changes from ad moderation teams
- Talk to ad reps to help get approvals
- Update links and changes in our CRM
- Work with the team to improve approval rates and speed
- Negotiating with ad reps to get things approved
- Gaining an understanding of why things get rejected
- Knowing how to apply the edits the platforms give without changing the advertising angle
RESULTS
- Ads approved quickly and with fewer rejections
- Correct updates applied in CRM
- Campaigns launched on time
VOLUME
- Handle 40-50 ads/articles every day
- Must work fast and precise
Expectations
- Speed is critical → deadlines must be respected
- If a deadline is missed, it affects the whole team
- Be ready to work extra hours or weekends if needed

Schedule
- Full-time job (8–9 hours per day)
