📌 Build and grow relationships with key clients, especially in the real estate sector
📌 Understand client needs and offer tailored tech-driven solutions
📌 Act as the main link between clients and internal technical teams
📌 Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
📌 Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to deliver successful projects
📌 Monitor KPIs and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
📌 Share insights on trends in proptech, real estate tech, and smart property solutions
📌 Lead client presentations, proposals, and regular performance reporting
📌 Manage contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and upselling opportunities
📌 Support business development with leads and referrals from your network
