The Procurement Manager – Indirect will be responsible for leading and managing all indirect procurement activities across the organization. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance. The role will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across HR, IT, Marketing, Facilities, Capex, and other functions to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Manager will also drive process improvements, monitor supplier performance, and align procurement practices with the company’s overall objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories (HR services, IT, Marketing, Facilities, Capex, etc.) to achieve cost savings and process efficiency.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure best value, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs and support key projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.
- Oversee purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Drive cost optimization and value creation initiatives, including cost avoidance and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and reporting standards while continuously improving procurement processes.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
