Set detailed guidelines on inspection requirements and quality standards.
Update and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements
Conduct internal audits according to ISO 9001:2015 / ISO/IEC 17025:2017 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
Define quality metrics and monitor manufacturing procedures
Oversee the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to detect malfunctions early
Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
Analyze technical issues and propose corrective actions
Prepare reports detailing malfunctions and solutions
Review engineering blueprints and quality documentation
Set and track quality assurance goals and KPIs
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure legal and standards compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to boost customer satisfaction through quality improvements.
Prepare ISO documentation for new standards
Ensure measuring devices are properly calibrated
Prepare and update product certifications (CE, CB, UL, etc.).
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production Engineering or Relevant qualification
1–3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a home appliances or -white goods manufacturing environment — preferably in refrigerator production
Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and basic reliability principles
