Description
- Lead and manage the engineering team, including maintenance, facility services, and utilities.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Plan and execute capital investment (CAPEX) projects and lead cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and HSE teams to ensure regulatory compliance and site performance.
- Supervise and hold contractors accountable for service quality and safety standards.
- Support the development of team capabilities and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
Profile
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Proven leadership skills managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong technical knowledge across diverse manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
