Monglish International Academy is seeking a dynamic Lower Grades Coordinator to lead and inspire our young learners division (Pre-A1 to A2, Ages 5–11). This leadership role goes beyond coordination — you’ll actively teach selected classes while ensuring academic quality, team development, and operational excellence.
🔹 Role Purpose
The LG Coordinator will oversee curriculum standards, instructional consistency, and academic outcomes for our Lower Grades division. You will teach classes directly, coach teachers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a well-rounded, engaging, and standards-aligned educational experience for students aged 5–11.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons to Lower Grades students (Ages 5–11) in both online and blended formats.
Academic Leadership: Ensure curriculum alignment with CEFR (Pre-A1 to A2) and international ESL standards.
Instructional Coaching: Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom strategies, and performance development.
Quality Assurance: Monitor academic outcomes and ensure consistency across the division.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the bridge between teachers, parents, and academic leadership.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood, or related field.
5–7 years of teaching experience in Lower Grades (Ages 5–11) — KG to Grade 5.
Minimum 2 years in academic leadership or coordination.
Familiarity with CEFR levels (Pre-A1 to A2), Cambridge frameworks, and ESL methodologies.
Proficiency in EdTech tools, LMS platforms, and Google Workspace.
Experience in online class delivery.
CELTA (CELTA-S, TESOL Diploma, ELM, TEYL, or higher) required, plus related teaching certificates.
