Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Inspire, grow, and support an engineering team to reach their full potential.
• Own Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of projects that align with business goals.
• Shape Strategy: Define and execute engineering strategies that scale our products and fuel innovation.
• Improve Processes: Streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, R&D, and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high engineering standards with robust QA processes.
• Manage Risks & Resources: Identify challenges early, mitigate risks, and optimize budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering successful engineering projects.
• Strong technical background in engineering, with experience in software development, hardware design, or other engineering disciplines.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory for effective communication with partners and clients.
