As the Advertising Operations Executive, you will support our developers' sales team and ensure smooth onboarding and performance of real estate listings on our platform. Your responsibilities involve a mix of operational execution, technical coordination, and internal support.

In this role, you will:

• Assist the developers' sales team in setting up and integrating real estate listings from client accounts (manual upload, write titles, follow up on listings and monitor performance)
• Conduct daily checks to ensure listings are published accurately and in a timely manner
• Track and troubleshoot any issues related to feed performance, data quality, or listing display
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to coordinate listing updates, bug fixes, or client-specific requests
• Maintain documentation for listing setups and operational processes
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure proper execution of technical handovers
• Support the Ad Ops team in reporting, QA, and maintaining data accuracy
• Support the sales team by booking meetings and conducting market research
  
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
• 1 - 3 years of campaign management experience at a publisher, agency, or adtech
• 1 - 3 years of digital media experience or 1 - 3 years in account management
• Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM) or a similar ad server
• Understanding of third-party tracking and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills, including pivot tables, calculated fields, conditional formatting, and vlookups
• Basic image editing skills, such as cropping and resizing
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Self-learner with an interest in the internet and media
• Punctual with deadlines and able to prioritise
