Job Summary
Join our customer's team as an Ops Manager, Supply Chain - AI trainer, and play a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven solutions for next-generation supply chain operations. You will leverage your deep expertise in supply chain management to train AI systems on critical topics such as inventory management, logistics, procurement, and process optimization. This is a unique opportunity to utilize both your operational experience and passion for innovation in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert to guide AI training on inventory forecasting, demand planning, and stock optimization.
- Design and refine training content focused on logistics, transport planning, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery.
- Develop procurement and vendor management modules, including contract negotiation and supplier performance analysis.
- Implement process optimization methodologies—Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen—across supply chain scenarios for AI learning.
- Apply advanced data analysis and forecasting using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Align supply chain strategies with business objectives, focusing on risk management, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, providing both written and verbal feedback to continuously improve AI training outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
- Expertise in inventory management, logistics & distribution, and procurement practices.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, continuous improvement).
- Proficient in data analysis and forecasting tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and leading ERP systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear knowledge transfer.
- Track record of developing or delivering training content in operational or technical domains.
- Ability to drive strategic alignment between supply chain operations and organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
