Role Description

As a Telesales Representative for our Canadian account, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our services, and closing sales over the phone. You’ll handle outbound calls, build rapport quickly, and deliver excellent communication to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires strong English fluency, resilience in a sales-driven environment, and the ability to adapt to night shifts aligned with EST hours

Qualifications
•B2 / B2+ English level (strong speaking & listening skills)

•Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

•Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

•Ability to work night shifts (4 PM – 1 AM, EST hours)

•Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to perform under pressure

•Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)

•Team player with a positive and professional attitude
