Job Brief

We are hiring an experienced SAP Support Engineer for a leading manufacturing company in Dubai.

The role involves supporting SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications, ensuring smooth financial operations, cross-module integration, and effective issue resolution within a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for SAP application support, providing both 1st and 2nd level functional support.
Offer guidance and support in SAP FICO, including integration with MM, PP, SD, and QM modules.
Perform system monitoring, data reconciliation, and process improvements across the SAP financial landscape.
Support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Fiori apps and the S/4HANA environment.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to diagnose system discrepancies and provide viable solutions.
Ensure high standards of safety, environmental compliance, product quality, and departmental productivity.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP system performance and functionality.
Availability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar SAP FICO support role.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Solid understanding of SAP FICO and basic knowledge of SD, MM, PP, and PM modules.
Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, organizational, and planning abilities.
