Required– Production Engineer (Injection Molding)

🕒 Experience Required: 4-6 years
🏭 Industry: Medical devices/ Fine Plastic Component Manufacturing

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Engineer – Production (Injection Molding) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with a good understanding of quality systems and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead shift operations in the injection molding shop floor.
✔️ Monitor process parameters, machine settings, and ensure minimum rejections.
✔️ Troubleshoot molding issues and support process improvement.
✔️ Ensure adherence to standards and related production documentation.
✔️ Prepare and maintain all production-related documents and reports.
✔️ Face customer audits and coordinate with cross-functional teams
✔️ Effectively handle a team of operators and shift supervisors.
✔️ Support root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
✔️ Sound understanding of the lean manufacturing, Excellent analytical skills Expertise in MS Excel.
✔️ Mold Validation and training for workers Good in man power handling.

Candidate Profile:
✅ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
✅ 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Production (Medical device preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of molding machines, materials, and tool handling.
✅ Experience in GMP documentation, process audits, and compliance.
✅ Excellent team management, planning, and reporting skills.
✅ Good Awareness on using SolidWorks is preferred
