Job Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical panel production equipment (cutting, drilling, crimping, wiring, busbar processing, CNC machines, testing benches, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in production lines, assembly tools, and test systems.
• Support calibration and upkeep of electrical testing instruments (e.g., insulation resistance testers, HV test equipment, multimeters, relay testers).
• Maintain and update maintenance logs in the CMMS system, ensuring accurate records of work performed and spare parts used.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, UL, NEC, local regulations).
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, tools, and automation systems.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and propose engineering solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement in panel assembly and testing processes.
• Oversee external contractors during service and repair activities.
• Ensure adherence to all workplace safety guidelines, lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within electrical manufacturing or related industries.
• CMRP, RCA, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing System, LSSGB, PMP, Planning & Scheduling.
• SAP User.
• AutoCAD and computer courses related to work applications.
• Specialized training in production machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Proven administrative and organizational skills for managing maintenance operations.
