Develop and Manage BIM Models: Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate Multidisciplinary Models: Integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline models to detect and resolve clashes, ensuring seamless coordination.
Support Design and Construction Teams: Provide technical support and guidance on BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Implement BIM Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
Data Management: Organize and manage project data, ensuring accurate information exchange and maintaining model integrity.
Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients using BIM tools and processes.
Quality Control: Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality checks to identify and resolve issues early in the design and construction process.
Documentation and Reporting: Generate construction documents, schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
All Governmental Universities, American University in Cairo, British University in Cairo, German University in Cairo & Arab Academy for Science, Technology only.
0–3 years of experience in BIM or related roles.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Familiarity with construction sequencing, methods, and project delivery.
Skills in clash detection and coordination using BIM tools.
Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.) and BIM execution plans.
Understanding of data structures, file formats (IFC, COBie), and model interoperability.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
