Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist, based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and securing new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
