Job Description:

• Training Design & Development:

• Develop and update training programs based on the organisation's needs.
• Create training materials (Manuals, Guides, e-Learning modules, etc.).
• Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals.

• Facilitation & Delivery:

• Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for employees at various levels.
• Use diverse instructional methods (Workshops, Seminars, e-Learning, etc.).
• Ensure training delivery is clear, impactful, and engaging.

• Evaluation & Reporting:

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Track learner progress and provide follow-up support.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, observed gaps, and improvements.
• Monitor training completion rates and compliance.
• Track and report training metrics (Attendance, Completion, Feedback).

• Support and Coaching:

• Provide ongoing support to employees post-training (Answer questions, Provide resources).

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Suggest improvements to training methods, processes, and tools to improve effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Typically, 1-3 years of experience in a training or instructional role.

• Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
• Medical background is a plus.

Certifications (Optional, but a plus):

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
• TOT Certificate.
• Instructional Design certifications (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).

Competency List:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning technology tools, especially Power point.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: 11 AM-7 PM Cairo Time
• Working days: 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday off.
• Transportation availability: Not available.
• Job Location: El merghany, Heliopolis.
