Role Description

The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales. This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo. The specialist will ensure accuracy in booking processes, educate clients about travel options, and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Reservations and Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
