We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager with an engineering background to join our landscaping company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day landscaping operations and project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, communities, and suppliers to secure permits and approvals.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and equipment utilization.
• Implement quality and safety standards across all sites.
• Solve operational challenges and improve workflows for better performance.
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
• Train and support staff to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering, or Landscape Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience in landscaping, construction, or facility management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and community permit processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
