Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in 10th of Ramadan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the customer sales process, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will receive training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience or willingness to learn Training techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
