Job Description
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for hotel projects, including guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, detailed drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and external consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories in line with project budgets and brand standards.
- Oversee design implementation during construction and fit-out phases, ensuring quality and adherence to design intent.
- Stay updated on global hospitality design trends and integrate innovative solutions into projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and local regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in hotel and hospitality design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting applicable to hospitality spaces.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with international hospitality brands is an advantage.
