Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Production Manager role located in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing production operations, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. The role involves planning and coordinating all production activities, managing the production team, optimizing production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager.
At least 2 years’ proven experience in FMCG companies (e.g., Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, Almarai......).
Experience in production management and manufacturing processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry is a plus
