Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients over the phone, promote our products or services, and generate qualified leads. You will also be responsible for sharing positive and high-potential leads with the Business Development team to support the sales pipeline and maximize conversion opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or servicesIdentify customer needs and qualify leads based on interest and fitClearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to drive engagementAchieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targetsShare warm or positive leads with the Business Development team for further follow-up and closureMaintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM systemHandle objections and respond to customer inquiries in a professional mannerFollow up with potential customers via phone, email, or messaging toolsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectivenessStay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trendsQualificationsAny degree or equivalent qualification is required1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer outreachStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsComfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
