Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector and petrochemical, focusing on pumps solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads for mechanical pumps and related equipment.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of pumps and associated systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are tailored to project specifications.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to secure profitable sales agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering and pump systems.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with international equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote OYA ENERGY’s products and services.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

 

The candidate must be residing in one of the following areas:

 

• 6th of October City.
• 10th of Ramadan City.
• Sadat City.
• Alexandria City (near Borg El Arab or Ameriya).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mechanical specialization only). 
• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in pumps).
• Previous experience in industrial areas or in sectors such as power generation, oil & gas, or petrochemicals is highly desirable.
• Must own a private car.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience with water solution pumps, ideally Grundfos pumps.
• Strong client network and sales track record in Industrial zones or Petrochemicals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a B2B environment.
