Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
