Job Description

• Supervise and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor daily manufacturing operations and solve technical issues.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve production goals.
• Prepare production reports, schedules, and performance analysis.
 

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in production/manufacturing environments
• Experience in Production/Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM/ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
